Processing

Most orders are handmade within around 1-4 business days from our studio in California; however, please see the announcement bar at the top of the page for current processing times. These are pre-shipment estimates - this does not include delivery times.

Shipping

Most packages are shipped via USPS. All packages include tracking numbers.

Customs: Customers are responsible for customs and duties for international packages. Please check your country's customs info prior to purchasing.

Lost/misdelivered packages: We are not responsible for packages lost in the mail or marked as delivered. 

Insurance: Please consider adding insurance to protect your package for protection. Contact us before your order is shipped to add insurance to your package.

We accept returns and exchanges for eligible products. Returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days from the date the order is delivered. Returned and exchanged products must be in its original, new, unused, and undamaged condition in its original packaging.

Eligible returns/exchanges:

• clothing
• stickers

Ineligible returns/exchanges: 

• jewelry (sanitary reasons)
• sale items

Returns

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. 

We reserve the right to refuse returns if the above conditions are not met.

Upon arrival and inspection of a return, a refund (minus shipping, restocking, and/or processing fees) will be issued to the original method of payment within 5 business days.

Fees: 

• Shipping Fee
  For orders that received free shipping, a shipping fee of $6 will be deducted from an approved refund for domestic orders. The shipping fee deducted for international orders that received free shipping is $19-$21.
  
  For orders that did not receive free shipping, the original amount paid for shipping will be deducted from all refunds.
• Credit Card Processing Fee
  A credit card processing fee of 5% will be deducted from the total refund.
• Restocking Fee for Custom Orders
  Since all of our generation 1.5 x sincereleechey jewelry is custom made-to-order, there is a 30% restocking fee for returned/exchanged orders.
  

Please allow a few business days for the funds to be credited back to your original form of payment.

Exchanges

Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer's responsibility. 

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if the above conditions are not met (see returns).

The conditions and fees for returns apply to exchanges (see returns).

If the price of the new item to be exchanged for is higher than the price of the original item, an invoice for the price difference will be emailed.

Exchanges will be shipped out after the invoice is paid for and the original item(s) are received. 

If you need to receive the new items ASAP, please read the return policy above, place a new order, and facilitate the exchange as a return.

If the price of the new item to be exchanged for is lower than the price of the original item, a refund will be made minus a credit card processing fee of 5%. 

Exchanges will be shipped out after the original item(s) are received. 

Approved exchanges will be processed within 5 business days.
